Ootaka san was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when I explained my situation to her. When she showed me their collection of diamonds, the cloudiness of my inferior product was made even more apparent. Every single one of their stones was clear as glass with a fire that looked absolutely stunning. Even more surprising was their very reasonable prices, which was of course a little higher than the scam I purchased previously, but nevertheless very reasonable. Noting that I had little time till my intended proposal date, Ootaka san assured me that she would do whatever she can to give me a ring that would grant me the confidence I need. The owner, Arai san, also came out to see what was up with this piece of chalk passing off as a diamond, and assured me that they would never sell such a monstrosity to a customer. True enough, with the same amount I paid for the piece of chalk (which I returned for a full refund), I bought a 0.71ct, 3EX, G color, VVS2 diamond from Brilliance+. I could not thank Ootaka san and Arai san enough, as they put in my hand the most scintillating piece of jewel I have ever seen and saved my proposal.
